The cleaning, disassembly, and installation of the lens will shorten the life of the lens and even permanently damage it.

1. If the lens is contaminated, it is better to blow the lens dust with an ear wash ball until there are no particles on the surface. Note: Never use your mouth to blow, because most of the air blown out of the mouth contains oil and water, which will further contaminate the lens;

2. If there is still contamination on the surface of the ear ball after treatment, use a soft cotton ball to soak an appropriate amount of acetone or high-purity alcohol, and gently rotate clockwise from the center of the lens to the edge. After scrubbing clean, wipe it again with a dry soft cotton ball to ensure that there is no water mist on the surface of the lens;

3. When installing the focusing lens, adjust the focus and tighten the screws.

4. The lens should be replaced in time when the lens has been used for too long, or when the cleanliness is still not high after being cleaned for many times, to ensure the processing quality and efficiency of the laser marking machine, so as not to delay production.

Reminder: There is an anti-reflection coating on the surface of the focusing lens, which is afraid of pollution, moisture, oil, and scratches; do not directly handle the lens of the laser marking machine focusing lens by hand. Skin oil will cause permanent damage to the lens surface. Need to wear gloves and special sets for operation. The focusing lens is brittle, so you can't use too much force when disassembling or collide with hard objects.
