1. Follow the safe operation regulations. Operate strictly in accordance with the startup steps of the equipment, and do not operate randomly;

2. Equipment operators must be trained to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system;

3. Wear protective glasses that meet the requirements near the laser beam;

4. Do not use a CO2 laser marking machine to process the marked product without knowing what material it is to avoid the potential hazards of smoke and vapor;

5. When the equipment is in operation, personnel shall not leave their posts without authorization or entrust untrained persons to be taken care of. If they do need to leave, they shall stop the machine or cut off the power switch;

6. Turn off the laser or shutter when not processing;

7. Do not place flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam;

8. The laser should be avoided to cause burns to the skin, because the wavelength of the carbon dioxide laser will be absorbed by the skin, and the laser beam will cause burns to the skin directly. However, as long as the operation is proper, this situation can be completely avoided;

9. The laser and optical lens are fragile, so they should be handled with care to avoid vibration; when installing and using, avoid local stress;

10. The cooling method is water-cooled. The cooling water must be pure, non-sticky, and often replaced, preferably distilled water; please note: it is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply without water or with abnormal water circulation.
